A total of 21 members of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate and 13 personnel from several jurisdictions of the Polda Metro Jaya such as the Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat, Polsek Kemayoran and Polsek Tanjung Priok were affected by this rotation
This large-scale rotation is stated in the Telegram Letter (ST) Number ST/429/XII/KEP.2024 dated December 25, 2024 signed by the Head of Human Resources of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Muh. Dwita Kumu Wardana on behalf of the Kapolda Metro Jaya.
Of the 34 personnel affected by this rotation, there are three middle-ranking officers with the rank of AKBP who serve as Kasubdit. Then there are seven with the rank of Kompol, and seven more with the rank of AKP.
Here are the complete details of the 34 drug personnel who were rotated to the Polda Metro Jaya Yanma:
1. AKBP Bariu Bawana, Head of Subdit 1 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate was transferred as Pamen Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
2. AKBP Wahyu Hidayat, Head of Subdit 2 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate was transferred as Pamen Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
3. AKBP Malvino Edward Yusticia, Head of Subdit 3 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate was transferred as Pamen Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
4. Kompol Jamalinus Laba Pandapotan Nababan, Acting Head of the Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat Narcotics Unit was transferred to become Pamen Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
5. Kompol Palti Raja Sinaga, Head of Unit 2 Sub-Directorate 1 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate was transferred to become Pamen Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
6. Kompol Edy Suprayitno, Head of Unit 3 Sub-Directorate 1 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate was transferred to become Pama Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
7. Kompol David Richardo Hutasoit, Head of Unit 3 Sub-Directorate 2 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate was transferred to become Pamen Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
8. Kompol Derry Mulyadi, Head of Unit 4 Sub-Directorate 2 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate was transferred to become Pama Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
9. Kompol Dzul Fadlan, Head of Unit 5 Sub-Directorate 2 of the Drug Investigation Directorate of the Polda Metro Jaya was transferred to become the Head of the Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
10. Kompol Rio Mikael L. Tobing, Head of Unit 1 Sub-Directorate 3 of the Drug Investigation Directorate of the Polda Metro Jaya was transferred to become the Head of the Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
11. Kompol Rolando Victor Asi Hutajulu, Head of Unit 2 Sub-Directorate 3 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate was transferred to Pamen Yanma of the Polda Metro Jaya.
12. Kompol Aryanindita Bagasatwika Mangkoesoebroto, Ps Head of Unit 4 Sub-Directorate 3 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate was transferred to Pama Yanma of the Polda Metro Jaya.

17. Iptu Sehatma Manik, Supervisor of Administration, Sub-Directorate 3, Directorate of Drug Investigation Polda Metro Jaya was transferred to Head of Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
18. Iptu Jemi Ardianto, Head of Unit 1, Drug Investigation Unit Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat was transferred to Head of Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
19. AKP Rio Hangwidya Kartika, Head of Unit 2, Drug Investigation Unit Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat was transferred to Head of Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.

23. Aiptu Armadi Juli Marasi Gultom, Non-Commissioned Officer of Drug Investigation Directorate of Polda Metro Jayawas transferred to Non-Commissioned Officer of Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.
24. Brigadier Fahrudun Rizki Sucipto, Non-Commissioned Officer of Drug Investigation Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya was transferred to Non-Commissioned Officer of Yanma Polda Metro Jaya.

Regarding the large-scale rotation of 34 Polda Metro Jaya personnel, Police observer who is also a former Kompolnas commissioner, Poengky Indarti expressed his regret over the attitude shown by these personnel.
“I deeply regret that there are still extortion practices carried out by members of the Police. Moreover, the extortion was carried out against foreign nationals,” he said.
According to Poengky, the attitude shown by dozens of Polda Metro Jaya personnel is very embarrassing. It also shows that the Indonesian police are still practicing the crime of extortion.
“I urge that they be punished firmly so that there is a deterrent effect. They are processed criminally under the article on extortion with aggravation because they are police officers who should enforce the law and not carry out deviant practices,” said Poengky firmly.
Closing his statement, Poengky also asked that the perpetrators also be investigated because they allegedly failed to carry out close supervision.
“As a form of accountability and transparency to the public, the legal process against the perpetrators needs to be conveyed openly to the public through the mass media,” he emphasized. (Bembo)
