Bekasi Regency Samsat Continues to Improve Itself, AKP Afrizal: “Prime Service is Our Absolute Priority”

BEKASI – The Bekasi Regency One-Stop Integrated Administration System (Samsat) service unit on Jalan Raya Industri Number 14, Pasirgombong, North Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java, continues to improve itself with innovation and better arrangement. Head of Bekasi Regency Samsat Unit, AKP Afrizal, in his official statement said, that his party always makes maximum efforts to provide excellent service to the public. This effort is a priority and is absolute.

This effort, he continued, is also part of the Bekasi Regency Samsat’s action to combat brokering. All taxpayer applicants are always reminded to rush to the counter that is in line with the matters of the files they bring.

“Taxpayers go directly to the counter according to their respective matters and communicate with our competent officers. There is no more room for third parties or brokers to seek profit. Our supervision is very intensive,” said AKP Afrizal as quoted by progresifjaya.id, Wednesday, (7/5).

“I also always remind officers in the field to continue to monitor conditions in the field so that taxpayers do not fall into the trap of enticements from irresponsible parties. Taking care of it yourself is much easier and faster,” he added.

Furthermore, he also emphasized his party’s commitment to eradicate brokering and extortion. There will be no more compromise for both of these things. Perpetrators who are caught and proven to have done so will also be subject to sanctions.

“Please note and remember well. Now our supervision is very strict. There is no more compromise for brokers and extortion. Rules are rules. Must be obeyed,” AKP Afrizal emphasized.

A taxpayer named Djaya Nugraha when asked for his comments about the Bekasi Regency Samsat immediately showed two thumbs up. “My experience here is taking care of vehicle tax as well as changing the license plate extension every 5 years. All processes run smoothly and tactically. My files are also complete. Starting from checking the physical vehicle, checking the completeness of the documents, filling out the form, queuing to be called at the STNK extension counter, paying taxes and administration at the payment counter, queuing at the STNK submission room, until finally going to the vehicle license plate printing place, it was easy and fast. I am very satisfied,” he admitted with a cheerful face.
