This demonstration of ability was demonstrated by the 3P Polres Metro Jakarta Timur led by Aipda Agus Beni when they raided and netted a group of naughty teenagers on Jalan Raya Condet (Rindam Jaya), Jakarta Timur on Sunday, (4/8) early morning.
The Kapolres Metro Jakarta Timur, Kombes Pol Nicolas Ary Lillipaly in his explanation for this action, said, that there were 10 naughty teenagers with student status who were caught in the net by the 3P Polres Metro Jakarta Timur in Condet. Of the 10 teenagers, 5 were caught red-handed carrying sharp weapons (sajam) of the type of sickle and corbek.
The five teenagers who were caught red-handed carrying sharp weapons were identified by the initials MF (17), N (16), RZ (16), R (16), and EWW (15). Meanwhile, the five other teenagers who were also caught with empty hands had the initials ANU (16), MFH (15), A (14), and ZD (19).
“There were five sharp weapons of the sickle type and one sharp weapon of the corbek type that were obtained as evidence. Four motorbikes and seven mobile phones were also secured as other evidence,” explained Kapolres Nicolas, Sunday, (4/8).
Currently, the 10 naughty, brash teenagers who were caught in the net are languishing in the Polres Metro Jakarta Timur detention cells. Their parents are also nervously waiting for the results of their children’s legal examinations. Will they be able to be released again and undergo the process of counseling, or will they have to languish in the cells even longer and undergo the criminal trial process. Who knows.
