Jakarta – The 33rd Sespimti Dikreg Sespimti for Fiscal Year 2024 at Polda Metro Jaya officially closed yesterday Thursday (25/4).
The closing ceremony was led directly by the Metro Jaya Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Pol Karyoto, who was accompanied by Widyaiswara Kepolisian Tk. I Sespim Lemdiklat Polri, Irjen Pol Taufik Pribadi (Chairman of Paping Sespimti), Wakapolda Metro Jaya, Brigjen Pol Suyudi Ario Seto and Main Officials of Polda Metro Jaya.
In his speech, the Kapolda Karyoto expressed his appreciation to all participants for their dedication and enthusiasm while taking part in PKDN.
He also emphasized the importance of the participants’ role in strengthening managerial and leadership capacity to support the TNI-Polri’s duties in the future.
It was said, that during the PKDN which took place from April 22 2024, participants took part in various activities designed to improve managerial skills, leadership and understanding of Police duties at a strategic level.
Participants have undertaken various simulations, discussions and field exercises to deepen their understanding of facing various challenges and complex situations in police duties in the Polda Metro Jaya area.
“With the knowledge and experience gained during PKDN, the participants can become professional leaders who are loved by the community,” said Kapolda Karyoto.
“The participants will be able to face various complex challenges in carrying out police duties, especially in the Polda Metro Jaya area which has unique characteristics and dynamics,” he added.
PKDN Sespimti Dikreg 33 is an important part of Polri’s efforts to increase the managerial and leadership capacity of middle-ranking officers.
This activity was attended by 98 participants who carried out PKDN in 12 Polda, where 4 Pokjar with 9 students carried out PKDN in Polda Metro Jaya. (Bembo)
