progresifjaya.id, MAJALENGKA – The One-Stop Integrated Administration System (Samsat) service unit of Majalengka Regency on Jalan Raya KH. Abdul Halim, Majalengka continues to organize itself with better innovation. Both regarding interior design and the quality of service to the community.
Currently, in the main building, there is a reading corner and a children’s play area measuring 4 x 4 square meters. This facility is a guarantee of comfort for taxpayers who are taking care of administrative completeness and vehicle tax payments. They are guaranteed to be comfortable and no longer bored while waiting in the service queue.
Then there are also park facilities. This area can be used by taxpayers to relax before taking care of their vehicle tax payment obligations. Meanwhile, for taxpayers who smoke, this area can also be a symbol of their freedom to enjoy the taste of tobacco in a rolled cigarette. Not far from the park, there is also a special room facility for breastfeeding mothers.
Questioning again about the word comfortable from the meaning of the story above, it turns out that this word has also spread to the quality of service. The registration process and vehicle administration of taxpayer applicants feel increasingly faster. No more long-winded words. Taxpayer files are directly in the hands of Samsat officers. There is no longer any indication of interference from third parties, aka brokers, who have the potential to carry out illegal levies (pungli).
Head of Samsat Majalengka Regency, Ipda Suherman in his official statement at the end of his service period in Majalengka said, that his party always makes maximum efforts to provide excellent service to the community. These efforts are a priority and are absolute.

This effort, he continued, is also part of the action of Samsat Majalengka Regency to combat brokering. All taxpayer applicants are always reminded to hurry to the counter that is in line with the matters of the files they bring.
“Taxpayers go directly to the counter according to their respective matters and communicate with our competent officers. There is no more room for third parties or brokers to seek profit. Our supervision is very intensive,” said Ipda Suherman firmly, reminding, Friday, (9/5).
“I also always remind officers in the field to continue to monitor conditions in the field so that taxpayers do not get caught up in the enticements of irresponsible parties. Taking care of it yourself is much easier and faster,” he added.
He also emphasized the commitment of the Majalengka Regency Samsat to eradicate brokering and extortion. There will be no more compromise for both of these things. Perpetrators who are caught and proven to have done so will also be subject to sanctions.
“Please note and remember well. Now our supervision is very strict. There is no more compromise for brokers and extortion. Rules are rules. Must be obeyed,” he emphasized again.

A taxpayer named Saprol Beki when asked for his comments about the Majalengka Regency Samsat immediately gave two thumbs up. He said that the service process provided is now more open and more accommodating. The process of processing files is also completed quickly and orderly.
“My experience here is taking care of vehicle tax and also changing the license plate renewal every 5 years. All processes run smoothly and tactically. My files are also complete. Starting from checking the physical condition of the vehicle, checking the completeness of the documents, filling out the form, queuing to be called at the STNK extension counter, paying taxes and administration at the payment counter, queuing at the STNK submission room, until finally going to the vehicle license plate printing place, it was easy and fast. I am very satisfied,” he admitted happily.
“Hopefully the service at the Majalengka Regency Samsat office will continue like this and can be even better. Success and always be healthy also for the Head of the Majalengka Regency Samsat Unit, Ipda Suherman at the end of his term of office in Majalengka. Our salute to you, may you always be healthy and more successful,” he continued praying. (Bembo)
