progresifjaya.id, SIDOARJO – A humanistic caring action to process birth certificates was carried out by the Cavalry Company (Kikav) III Tank Kodam V/ Brawijaya in Sidoarjo, East Java. This action was deliberately carried out by the Cavalry Unit of Kodam Brawijaya to help residents obtain their rights to have population documents.
This humanistic caring action also received special attention from the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Bima Arya Sugiharto. He appreciated the solid cooperation between Kikav III Tank Kodam V/Brawijaya and the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sidoarjo Regency who wanted to provide free birth certificates for Sidoarjo residents.
While visiting the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sidoarjo Regency, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Arya Bima took the time to have a short dialogue with the cavalry personnel on duty there. Including officers from the Sidoarjo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. Several detailed questions were raised by Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Arya regarding this humanist care action.
“For the implementation of this activity, who are we collaborating with in the region? Village Head or Village Head?” asked Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Arya to the cavalry personnel.
“Ready. With the Village Head and Babinsa for data collection in the community,” answered the personnel.
“Usually we meet with ages who do not have birth certificates,” asked Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Arya again.
“Ages under 17 years old. But there are also those who are 60 years old who do not have birth certificates,” the personnel answered again swiftly.
Meanwhile, to the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Arya Bima, an officer from the Sidoarjo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, said that his party had indeed planned to collaborate with Kikav III Tank for this activity. This unit company is targeted to be able to collect 100 data from people who do not have birth certificates in their duties.
“We are implementing a proactive system in this activity. Tomorrow, Thursday, we will be actively picking up data from the community,” explained the officer to Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Arya Bima.
