progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – Five criminals committed robbery Satrio Mukti Raharjo (19), Polri non-commissioned officer student (casis), in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat has been arrested by the Jatanras Sub-Directorate Team of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro.
They are PN aka Ebol (27), AY aka Madun (28), C aka Buluk (39), W aka Kerdil (26), and MS aka Conde (42).
Of the five criminals who were arrested, one criminal, namely PN alias Ebol, had to be beaten to death because he tried to fight back. PN was also the perpetrator who stabbed Satrio during the robbery.
Dirreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Wira Satya Triputrain his official statement said, that of the 5 criminals arrested, 3 were recidivists. They were PN alias Ebol who was killed in a crash, then AY aka Madun and MS aka Conde.
“AY is a recidivist, who, according to the results of an in-depth investigation in 2018, was involved in a theft case. The person concerned was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months,” said Kombes Pol Wira.
AY committed another similar crime in 2022 and was handled by the Polsek Metro Tamansari, Jakarta Barat. AY was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison.
Then the suspect MS aka Conde, who plays the role of a jockey, has been in prison 5 times due to 2 cases of theft and 3 cases of robbery.
The first case of MS occurred in 2010 due to burglary and was handled by the Polsek Batu Ceper. He was sentenced to 1 year in prison. Then in 2011 he was arrested in the same case and sentenced to 1 year in prison again at Cipinang Prison.
In 2014, MS, who changed his evil role to become a jockey, was arrested by the Polsek Neglasari for a robbery case. Again he was sentenced to 1 year in prison.
“In 2017, MS was again involved in a robbery case and was handled by the Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan. In this fourth case, MS was prison sentence of 2 years and 6 months in Cipinang Prison. The fifth case, in 2019, involved the Polsek Pademangan, also a case of robbery and was sentenced to 2 years in prison again at Cipinang Prison,” explained Kombes Pol Wira.
“We have accumulated that the suspect MS has committed criminal acts 6 times, including the current one. MS was involved in 2 burglaries and 4 robbery cases,” he added. (Bembo)
