progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya will conduct a case against one of the X accounts which distributed pornographic videos resembling the daughters of famous Indonesian musicians. The case will be held after the investigation process is complete.
In his official statement, Dirreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak said, that currently Cyber Sub-Directorate investigators are still carrying out a series of in-depth investigations. There is a possibility that the investigation could develop into other criminal acts.
“From the results of this investigation, we will carry out a case investigation to determine whether the status of the investigation can be upgraded to an investigation or not. However, this does not rule out the possibility that it could also develop in relation to other alleged criminal acts,” said Kombes Pol Ade Safri, Friday, (19/7 ).
Even so, he still doesn’t want to reveal clearly about the figure of the musician’s child referred to in the exciting video. He only emphasized that Cyber Sub-Directorate investigators were still focused on investigating the alleged criminal act of spreading immoral content that was reported.
“Currently, the investigation team from the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Department of Polda Metro Jaya is focusing on carrying out an investigation. Whether a criminal act occurred as reported by the Feri Reporter or not. That’s all for now,” explained Kombes Pol Ade Safri.
As previously reported, the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya plans to summon and examine the child of the Indonesian musician in the pornographic video that was spread on social media. However, the exact time of the summons is still unclear.
This case emerged after a social media observer, Feriyawansyah, reported it to Polda Metro Jaya. The report is registered with the number LP/B/3944/VII/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA. The report material made by Feri is related to the owner of account. (Bembo)
