progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – The Opsnal Team Unit 4 Sub-Directorate 3 of the Directorate of Narcotics Investigation (Ditresnarkoba) Polda Metro Jaya arrested 2 drug couriers with the initials IM and FAC. The two of them were arrested in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara on Saturday, (13/7) at around 12.30 WIB.
Dirresnarkoba of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Donald Parlaungan Simanjuntak in his official statement said, that evidence was successfully secured from this arrest
5 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine (sabu) and 20 thousand ecstasy pills. Evidence of this drug was found in the rented house belonging to the suspect FCA located on Jalan Malaka Jaya, Cilincing, Jakarta Utara, packaged in white plastic wrap.
“The methamphetamine type of narcotic that was obtained weighed approximately 5 kilograms. The amount of ecstasy was more or less after yesterday’s calculation of 20 thousand,” said Kombes Pol Donald during a press conference at Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta Selatan, Monday, (15/7).

It was also said, that one of the 2 suspects arrested was a recidivist in connection with a similar case. The suspect is FAC.
