progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – The Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus of the Polda Metro Jaya has finished examining Audrey Davis, the daughter of the former vocalist of the Naif Band, David Bayu in the porn video case that was spread on social media. The results of the examination stated that Audrey was indeed the female actor in the porn video.
The Dirreskrimsus of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak in his official statement said, that from the results of Audrey’s examination today, investigators asked 27 questions during the 3-hour examination. Investigators also managed to obtain new evidence from the results of the examination, in addition to evidence of Audrey as the female actor in the video.
“Based on information from the examination of witness Audrey, investigators managed to obtain several new statements that will be investigated by investigators to develop the results in handling the a quo case,” said Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak to reporters, Wednesday, (7/8).
Even so, he could not provide further details regarding the new evidence. Witness Audrey Davis only submitted evidence related to the alleged case to the police which will be investigated further by investigators.
“For now, it cannot be conveyed because it is the subject of the investigation related to the alleged criminal act that occurred, but don’t worry, we will update the developments later,” he said.
He also said, that currently his party is still unable to provide further details whether the male actor in the pornographic video is the alleged first distributor of the video or not.
“Later we will update, the development of the results of the investigation that is being carried out. I guarantee that the investigation of the handling of this a quo case will run professionally, transparently and accountably,” he said again.
In this pornographic video case, investigators from the Cyber Sub-Directorate have arrested men with the initials MRS (22) and JE (35). Both are known as the perpetrators of the distributor and seller of the pornographic video which was finally proven to star Audrey Davis.
Both have been named as suspects and are being detained with multiple charges. In addition to being charged with Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE, they were also charged with Article 4 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 7 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography. The threat that can be obtained is a maximum of 6 years in prison. (Bembo)
