progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – Polres Metro Jakarta Barat awarded awards to 89 Polres Metro Jakarta Barat and Polsek ranks personnel for their extraordinary achievements and dedication shown while on duty. This award was given during a ceremony at the Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Green Field, Thursday, (6/6).
In his official statement, the Kapolres Metro Jakarta Barat, Kombes Pol M. Syahdudi said, that implementing a reward and punishment system has a very important role to play in the personnel development process.
Members who excel will be given awards and those who commit violations or mistakes will be given punishment.
“The implementation of this system is to provide a fair assessment to all members in a transparent manner. So that a person’s performance can be assessed as well as possible,” said Kapolres M. Syahduddi at the Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Headquarters, Thursday, (5/6).
He revealed, that the awards given to personnel were a form of recognition for their work achievements. For this reason, it is hoped that this award can be a motivational vitamin.
“We hope that the personnel will be more motivated to work better and continue to contribute positively in maintaining security and public order after receiving this award,” he said.
The following are details of the Polres Metro Jakarta Barat and Polsek ranks personnel who were awarded:
– 25 Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Criminal Investigation Unit personnel who succeeded in uncovering criminal cases of murder, cases of abuse that resulted in the death of people, and exploitation and/or trafficking of children in a short time of less than 1 x 24 hours.
– 28 Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Sat Samapta personnel who succeeded in apprehending the perpetrators of the brawl in the jurisdiction of the Polres Metro Jakarta Barat.
– 16 Polres Metro Jakarta Barat personnel who successfully carried out their duties as quick wins operators, as magic operators, and as Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Sirena operators in 2023 with good honors.
– 2 Polsek Tambora Criminal Investigation Unit personnel who succeeded in uncovering criminal cases of murder, cases of abuse that resulted in the death of people, and exploitation and/or trafficking of children in a short time of less than 1×24 hours.
– 6 personnel from the Polsek Tambora Criminal Investigation Unit who succeeded in uncovering a case of a group of thieves that occurred in the Tambora area, Jakarta Barat.
– 2 Polsek Tambora Criminal Investigation Unit personnel who succeeded in uncovering a criminal case of human trafficking (TPPO) that occurred on Jalan Duri Utara RT 001/004 Duri Utara, Tambora, Jakarta Barat.
– 6 Polsek Tambora Criminal Investigation Unit personnel who succeeded in uncovering a criminal case of methamphetamine-type narcotics with a gross weight of 2 kilograms.
– 2 Polsek Tambora Criminal Investigation Unit personnel who succeeded in uncovering a criminal case of murder and/or domestic violence on Jalan Angke Barat RT 004/001, Angke, Tambora, Jakarta Barat.
– 1 Polsek Tambora personnel who succeeded in uncovering a criminal case of human trafficking (TPPO) that occurred on Jalan Duri Utara GG. VII RT 001/004 Duri Utara, Tambora, Jakarta Barat.
– 1 Polsek Kembangan personnel who succeeded in establishing TNI-Polri synergy as the front guard in creating stability of security and order in the West Jakarta jurisdiction and pioneered efforts to overcome the difficulties of the surrounding community by establishing the Maju Bersama TPA and PKBM (Package School) schools which have been accredited for out-of-school children in the area.
