Firstly, Article 294 of the Criminal Code, then articles of the Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) Law, articles of the Pornography Law, and articles of the Child Protection Law. He faces a maximum prison sentence of 12 years.
“The first article is Article 294 of the Criminal Code concerning criminal acts of obscenity against children. That carries a maximum penalty of 7 years. The second is Article 27 of the ITE Law, which carries a criminal penalty of 6 years. The third is Article 29 of the pornography law, yes, that is a threat “The maximum penalty is 12 years.
