progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – FA (23), the suspected killer of AH (31), his own uncle, whose body was then wrapped in a sarong and dumped in Pamulang, seems to be in the category of cold-blooded killer. The reason is, after killing his uncle until his neck almost broke, FA continued his activities as usual. He didn’t seem to be anxious after carrying out the heinous murder.
“The suspect remained calm and did not run away. After killing him, he was still selling as usual,” said Head of Sub-Directorate for Resmob, Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Titus Yudho Ully, to reporters, Tuesday, (14/5).
Even so, continued AKBP Titus, the suspect had created a fake scenario. To investigators, the suspect admitted that the victim had a dispute with another person regarding debts and receivables.
“He created an alibi that he was the last person to meet the victim. Then the perpetrator created a scenario that the victim had a problem with someone else. So he created a diversion,” said AKBP Titus.
Investigators didn’t immediately believe the suspect’s alibi. Until then investigators received a number of additional clues.
“As soon as we got clues that pointed to him as the perpetrator, we immediately launched a deeper interrogation,” he said again.
As previously reported, victim AH was killed by FA at AH’s Madura stall on Friday, (10/5) at 16.00 WIB. The victim’s body was then put by FA in a sarung at around 21.00 WIB.
FA has now been named a suspect and detained. He is charged with murder under Article 338 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of 15 years in prison. (Bembo)
