progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – The Jatanras Sub-Directorate Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya named 5 people as suspects in the alleged falsification of DPR special plates by unscrupulous lawyers. The roles of the five suspects were also revealed.
“There are 5 suspects who have been arrested. One person owns the car, four people helped make fake number plates,” said Kabid Humas of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi in his statement, Monday, (27/5).
The police also said that as many as eight cars with fake number plates had been confiscated by the police. Also included were 25 fake DPR member identification cards (KTA).
Currently, Kombes Pol Ade Ary continued, investigators Jatanras are still continuing to investigate the case. He also appealed to the public to always obey traffic.
“This is still being developed by the Jatanras Sub-Directorate, Ditreskrimum,” he said.
