“Please note, Brother Adam Deni is in good health. This is directly facing me,” said Prayer Manik to journalists, Sunday, (24/3) last week.
It was said that the news circulating about violence against Adam Deni was hoax news. Including the news that Adam was said to have received suspected abuse and his left rib was fractured.
“All the news is a hoax. I chatted with Adam Deni. “I also spend all day at the office,” he said.
As is known, Deputy Chairman of Commission III DPR Ahmad Sahroni previously reported social media activist Adam Deni Gearaka for defamation. Sahroni made this report because he objected to Adam’s statements which he considered to be mere accusations without evidence.
He said, that Adam Deni must follow the entire legal process as a form of accountability for his actions.
“He must follow the legal process for what he did,” said Ahmad Sahroni via WhatsApp message, Friday, (23/3) last week
He didn’t accept Adam Deni’s words, saying that he had spent Rp30 billion to criminalize and mobilized law enforcement officers to imprison him as an effort to silence him.
“What do you want to keep quiet about? Legal steps have been taken so that your mouth doesn’t act like your forehead,” said Sahroni.
He admitted that he had only known Adam Deni for a long time. He just met the social media activist while in Bali.
Previously, Adam Deni also said that he had not even known Ahmad Sahroni for a year. However, he said that he had visited Bali together before being imprisoned due to a case of information and electronic transaction (ITE) violations reported by the NasDem Party politician.
Adam Deni is scheduled to be released in March. But he had to undergo legal proceedings again because he was reported again by Sahroni on charges of defamation and was already a defendant. (Bembo)
