progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – Kapolres Metro Jakarta Barat, Kombes Pol M Syahduddi said, that his party would further increase patrol activities during times that are prone to criminal activity. He also emphasized his commitment to continue to ensure that the kamtibmas situation in Jakarta Barat remains safe and conducive.
Kapolres M. Syahduddi confirmed this promise during the event “Coffee Kamtibmas at Pos Kamling” with residents of RW 10, Green Garden Housing, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat, Wednesday, (7/8) evening.
He also said, that the Kamtibmas Ngopi activity which was being held was a program of the Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Karyoto, the implementation of which was then downgraded. This activity was created to open a space to listen to even the smallest problems in the community so that they can be immediately addressed further.
“In essence, we have to open ourselves as widely as possible to residents to become strategic partners in maintaining safe and conducive Harkamtibmas,” said Kapolres M. Syahduddi.
He also said, that conducive kamtibmas couldn’t just happen. All of this can be realized if there is good cooperation from all parties.
For this reason, he appealed to residents to maintain conducive kamtibmas dynamics, especially as the political temperature of the regional elections is currently starting to heat up.
He also hopes, that the stages of the DKI Jakarta Pilkada until the determination of the winner will be able to run well and be conducive, following the experience from previous presidential elections.
In this dialogue, a resident named Irwan raised the issue of playing football on the road which disturbed local residents. This also includes traffic jams caused by traders who hang out selling at corners in the RW 10 area.
Responding to this complaint, Kapolres M. Syahduddi answered that his party would prioritize Bhabinkamtibmas and Babinsa to carry out coordination, dialogue and education to the community so that this activity could be completed and no longer disrupt traffic flow.
At the end of the activity, Kapolres M Syahduddi then gave traffic light flashlights to environmental security officers to support their duties.
