progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – Kapolres Metro Jakarta Timur, Kombes Pol Nicolas Ary Lilipaly clarified the news about the alleged misuse of subsidized diesel fuel involving the police at the Duren Sawit gas station, Jakarta Timur.
He said, that from the results of the investigation it was discovered that no police personnel, either from the Polres Metro Jakarta Timur or the Polsek Duren Sawit, were involved in the alleged case.
“I have ordered an investigation. And as a result, there was not a single statement submitted to us stating that any Polres Metro Jakarta Timur or Polsek Duren Sawit were involved,” explained Kapolres Nicolas when confirmed by journalists, Friday, (29/3).
“If any member is found to be involved in or supporting activities like this, please report it to us. I ensure that the members involved will take firm action,” he continued to emphasize.
Furthermore, Kapolres Nicolas also said, that the interrogation carried out by several journalists regarding gas stations in the Duren Sawit area was not true. He said that the Colt Diesel Box truck filled around 36 liters of subsidized diesel for the car’s own needs.
“Those who interrogated the gas station were fellow journalists from Garuda Nusantara who at that time were caught seeing a Colt Diesel Box car filling around 36 liters of subsidized diesel at a price of around Rp246 thousand,” he explained.
“The filling in the Colt Diesel car tank is for the car’s own needs. Not for sale to factories at industrial prices,” he added.
For your information, several online media several days ago published news about alleged misuse of subsidized diesel fuel at the gas station Jalan Raden Inten II Number 49 RT 007 RW 010 Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur.
At that time, several online media journalists were suspicious of the police number plates The Colt Diesel Box vehicle is black, not yellow.
Until finally the journalist told the gas station operator to ask the driver to show his STNK. However, the driver of the car was unable to show the STNK to the gas station operator and the driver said, “Brother from the media. Just wait at the front, bro, for the management to come,” said the driver whose name was Andre, as reported by the media, last Wednesday, (27/3).
Andre, according to the report, admitted that the cargo in his vehicle was subsidized diesel belonging to someone named Leo.
“This is Leo’s, bro. Brother, just talk to him,” said Andre again as he handed Leo the cellphone that had been connected previously.
A few moments later, the online media journalist who reported this wrote that he was visited by someone in the name of Ari who claimed to be a member of the journalist organization Forum Wartawan Jaya Indonesia (FWJI).
“I’m Ari from FWJI. Why was our car stopped?” he said, asking the journalist in question at that time.
Until then, in the report he made, the journalist wrote that he alleged that the General Chair of the FWJI DPP, Opan, was involved in a case of alleged misuse of subsidized diesel fuel in the Jakarta Timur area. He also justified that this had tarnished the dignity of journalism. Right and wrong. Who knows for sure? (Bembo)
