Furthermore, he also invited the STIP cadets to remain strong and enthusiastic to undergo every process they would face. He also provides an understanding that travel is a process that must be passed and enjoyed so that character maturity can be formed.

Another thing that was conveyed in the public lecture, Kapolres Gidion also shared successful tips for managing character so that it reaches a level of maturity.

“I want to share 7 tips for success towards character maturity. First is creativity, then discipline in learning, able to communicate well, ready to take risks, work hard, have high integrity, and have tolerance with others,” Kapolres Gidion said.

He admitted, that everyone has a life journey. And especially for STIP cadets, references or guidelines are needed, namely ethics (guidelines containing binding norms), ethos (attitude, personality, character, character and beliefs) and logic (thinking according to reason) in the process of living life.

“Have ethics, ethos and logos as guidelines in your life,” he reminded.

At the end of his general lecture, Kapolres Gidion also expressed his hope that the STIP cadets could carry out learning activities well to achieve the nation’s ideals and hopes.

“I am sure our future will be better, especially for cadets who are the same age as my son. I hope that all of you can become transportation figures in the future. Hopefully it will be achieved and implemented,” he said again, hoping and praying. (Bembo)
