progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – Kapolres Metro Jakarta Timur, Kombes Pol Nicolas Ary Lilipaly, directly led city patrols and monitoring patrols on motorbikes to a number of areas in Jakarta Timur, Monday, (6/5) afternoon.
Kapolres Nicolas was on patrol combing Jalan Bekasi Barat, Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai, to the Deprok Market area, Duren Sawit, JakartaTimur.
On this occasion, Kapolres Nicolas also carried out dialogue patrols with residents. He conveyed directions to maintain Kamtibmas and anticipate crimes, including theft with weight (curat), theft with violence (curas), motorbike theft (curanmor) and brawls.
“I hope that apart from the police, we will also ask the residents who live here to work together to anticipate the occurrence of crimes that could occur at any time in our daily lives. Therefore, we must care about the surrounding environment and protect it,” explained Kapolres Nicolas.
It was also said, that the presence of Polri officers in the field could indeed prevent and discourage criminals from carrying out their actions. Even so, continued Kapolres Nicolas, community participation is still needed to be more alert and proactive in maintaining Kamtibmas in their respective environments.
Kapolres Nicolas emphasized that his party will continue to carry out routine patrols so that the security and social security situation in the Jakarta Timur area can continue to run safely, orderly, controlled and conducive.
He also asked the public to immediately inform the nearest police station if there were things that disturbed the security and order situation so that it could be handled quickly.
“Don’t hesitate to provide us with crime information. I assure you that we will follow up immediately,” said Kapolres Nicolas.
“The driving or mobile patrols that i carry out with these members also aim to minimize crime so that our area is safe and conducive. With these patrols we can also get closer to providing direct services to the community as well as keeping in touch,” he added.
