progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – The Precision Pioneer Patrol (3P) Team of Polda Metro Jaya didn’t take firm action during its patrol trip to comb the capital on Saturday, (1/6) early morning. Likewise, it was recorded that the 3P Team carried out humanist dialogical patrols twice to disperse crowds of teenagers who were allegedly planning to fight.

starting with a show off force around Gelora, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat at around 01.03 WIB. After that, the 3P Team went on patrol to the Jakarta Selatan area.
While crossing Mataram Park, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan at around 01.32 WIB, the 3P Team saw the sight of two young men with suspicious movements and a little shaky. The team then approached and examined both of them. It turned out that they were drunk because they consumed alcohol. There were no indications that it was criminal when examined.
Finally, with gentle but firm words, the two young men, who were a little shaky, were asked to throw away their liquor and go straight home. There was no objection from them. All the 3P Team’s advice was followed and they immediately returned to their respective homes.
From Jakarta Selatan, the city patrol and monitoring Team 3P Polda Metro Jaya then moved to the Jakarta Timur area. While walking through the Penggilingan area, Cakung, at around 02.39 WIB, a group of teenagers were clearly seen hanging out on the street and their movements indicated that they wanted to brawl.
The 3P team rushed over and checked them. It turned out that no sharp weapons or other dangerous items were found. However, one of the teenagers’ cellphone was found to have a conversation related to brawls and gangsters when checked.
In short, because no evidence was found leading to criminal violations, the 3P Team took a dialogical and humanist approach to them. All of these teenagers were strongly reminded to avoid brawls if they didn’t want to get into trouble with the law. After all the advice was given, they were then asked to disperse and quickly return to their respective homes.
At around 05.11 WIB, the Metro Jaya Police 3P Team patrol accidentally came across teenagers who were suspected of taking part in a brawl at Basura Cipinang, Jakarta Timur. Without further ado, everything was immediately checked and searched. Luckily no evidence of sharp weapons or other dangerous items was found.
Furthermore, the same as what was taken in Cakung, the 3P Team took a dialogic approach again with them. We are strongly reminded never to get involved in a brawl if you don’t want to be arrested and hunted by the police. Later they themselves will suffer losses and regret it later. After all the messages were delivered, the teenagers were immediately ordered to return to their respective homes. (Bembo)
