progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – The Precision Pioneer Patrol (3P) Team of the Polres Metro Jakarta Barat arrested 6 teenagers who were involved in a brawl on Jalan Kebon Jeruk Raya, Jakarta Barat, Sunday (2/6) at around 04.00 WIB. Also confiscated were a number of sharp weapons they were carrying, such as machetes and duck cocors.
Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Head of Samapta, AKBP M. Hari Agung Julianto in his official statement explained, that Team 1 3P which was carrying out a patrol, received information about a group of teenagers about to brawl while carrying sharp weapons in the Kebon Jeruk area, Jakarta Barat.
“Immediately after receiving this information, we immediately moved to the location. When we arrived at the location, we saw a group of teenagers in a motorbike convoy carrying sharp weapons,” explained AKBP Agung Julianto when confirmed, Sunday, (2/6).
“Without delaying any more time, the 3P Team immediately approached and attacked the convoy until it broke up. We gave chase and managed to arrest six people who were carrying sharp weapons such as machetes and cocor ducks,” he added.
The 6 teenagers who were arrested along with all the evidence were then taken by the 3P Team to the Polsek Kebon Jeruk for further processing.
AKBP Agung added,
The 3P Team’s quick and alert steps show the Polres Metro Jakarta Barat commitment to maintaining kamtibmas in the Jakarta Barat area.
“We will continue to carry out routine patrols to ensure a conducive and safe situation for the community,” he stressed. (Bembo)
