progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – The Polri will move 1.667 personnel, including police generals, to the National Capital City (IKN). They will be placed at the Polri headquarters at IKN.
Wakapolri, Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto in his official statement said, that the Polri Headquarters head office at IKN is currently in the construction auction process.
“The Polri has prepared a head office which is currently broadcasting the auction. This will be filled by PJU and staff who will have offices with the President in the central core area of government,” said Komjen Pol Agus to journalists, Wednesday, (11/6).
He also explained, that currently the Polri has provided various facilities at IKN, including the IKN Polrestabes building, SPKT, and four Polsek. Apart from that, the Polri will also build an operations control center (command center) that is integrated with the Smart Security Smart City application at the IKN Polri Headquarters.
“Control will be carried out by joint personnel from the Polri Headquarters at the national level, the Polda Kaltim and the regional police, and the IKN Polrestabes at the capital city level,” he said again.
He also said, that the personnel transferred to IKN were a combination of the Polri Headquarters and the Polda. However, he could not confirm when the transfer process would begin.
“The number of Polri personnel who will be transferred to the KIPP IKN phase one area in 2024 is 1.667 people. Consisting of 700 personnel at the head office and 967 personnel in the system,” he added.
To run the transfer process smoothly, Komjen Pol said the Polri needed a budget of Rp49.83 billion. Of this amount, Rp25.07 billion will be allocated for main officials and staff serving at the head office. Meanwhile, Rp24.73 billion will be used for facilities and infrastructure for 967 personnel at type C, B police stations and the command center.
