progresijaya.id, JAKARTA – Polsek Sawah Besar succeeded in uncovering two cases of motor vehicle theft (curanmor) and arrested one perpetrator of a brawl in the jurisdiction of the Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat.
Kapolsek Sawah Besar, Kompol Dhanar Dhono Vernandhie in his statement explained, that the first case of theft occurred on April 13 2024. There were two perpetrators, namely NN (19) and Z (25). The perpetrator’s method of carrying out the action was by using the keys left on the motorbike when it was parked on the side of the road.
Then the second case of theft occurred on Saturday, May 25 2024, with three perpetrators, namely AH (34), SR (26) and EP (37). The mode of action is the same as the first case, namely using the motorbike keys left on the motorbike parked on the side of the road.
“All the perpetrators have been arrested and are now huddled in detention cells. They are subject to Article 363 of the Criminal Code paragraph 1 with the threat of imprisonment for 7 years,” said Kapolsek Dhanar.
Apart from the theft case, the Polsek Sawah Besar also uncovered cases of gangsters who often held brawls in the jurisdiction of the Polsek Sawah Besar.
In this case, the Polsek Sawah Besar collaborated with the Precision Pioneer Patrol (3P) of the Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat and succeeded in arresting one of the perpetrators, namely SBA (18), when he was about to start a brawl.
“The suspect SBA has a sharp weapon without a permit. He is subject to Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Emergency Law with the threat of imprisonment for 10 years,” said Kapolsek Dhanar. (Bembo)
