Head of the Traffic Registration Unit of the Purwakarta Polres Ipda Indra Wijaya in his explanation to progresifjaya.id, said, that the prime service model at the Purwakarta Polres Satpas does seem calm and peaceful to SIM applicants. Even so, he continued, the calm service work style is still carried out tactically with a planned duration.

“If translated into Indonesian, the statement sounds like, “Cara untuk memulai adalah berhenti berbicara dan mulai”. So, that’s the work style of all human resources or HR of the Purwakarta Polres Satpas to serve applicants. Calm because they talk a little and do a lot,” he added again.
This work model, as admitted by Ipda Indra, makes the atmosphere around the Satpas also calm. This condition automatically makes the applicants feel comfortable and tends to increase.
He also said, that this work style model will continue to be maintained and preserved by the Purwakarta Polres Satpas HR. In fact, he continued, it is not impossible that this could become a trademark of the Purwakarta Polres Satpas work as well as an example for other Satpas in Indonesia.
