“The service duration can be accelerated thanks to the use of digital technology in data processing and queue management integrated into the system. Through the Samsat Online service, taxpayer applicants will be helped to pay vehicle taxes without having to come to the Samsat office.
The convenience of this service pattern is available through the Signal application (National Digital Samsat). After the payment process through the Signal application is complete, the documents will be sent directly to your home or can be picked up at certain outlets.
Four Methods
More clearly, there are four methods presented for taxpayers to enjoy Samsat Online services at Samsat Ciko. The following is an explanation of the four methods;
1. Website
This method is for those who just want to check information about the vehicle, you can open it via the page https://bapenda.jabarprov.go.id/infopkb/. After that, enter the plate number, namely the numbers on the license plate, then enter the last two letters on the vehicle plate. After that, select the color of your vehicle’s TNKB and enter the captcha then click “search”.
Wait a few moments until the information and amount of tax to be paid appear such as; brand, model, year, color, chassis number and engine number. vehicle tax and PNBP info with details; PKB POK, PKB DEN, SWDKLLJ POK, SWDKLLJ DEN, PNBP STNK, PNBP TNKB. 2. Sambara Application
This second method uses an application. This application can be used to pay motor vehicle tax (PKB).
This application can be downloaded on the Playstore for Android users. Once downloaded, the next step is how to use the application. On the Sambara menu, select Info PKB then fill in the vehicle registration number, click search, and the amount of tax to be paid will be displayed. After that, click “Continue Online Registration”. Fill in the vehicle owner’s ID card number and the last 5 digits of the vehicle frame number (the frame number can be seen on the STNK sheet). After that, click “Process”.
Then information about the brand, model, year, color, frame number and engine number will appear. Also vehicle tax and PNBP information with details; PKB POK, PKB DEN, SWDKLLJ POK, SWDKLLJ DEN, PNBP STNK, PNBP TNKB. 3. Signal Application
This application can be said to be the same as the Sambara application. The difference is that it can only be used throughout Indonesia. And unlike Sambara, the Signal application can also be enjoyed by Apple users and is available on the AppStore.

How to create an account is to upload your personal data such as NIK, name according to e-KTP, email address, cellphone number and enter a password, then repeat the password
After that, upload a photo of your e-KTP, verify your facial biometrics with a selfie, and enter the OTP sent via SMS
After successful registration, re-verify via the link sent to your email. After that, you can register your motorized vehicle.
The method is to select the add motorized vehicle fata menu. After that, select the vehicle in your own name. Then enter the Motor Vehicle Registration Number and enter the last 5 digits of the chassis number.
If the two steps above have been done, then make the payment by clicking “Generate Payment Code”. Then select one of the banks, select “continue”. The payment method display will appear. Then select “continue” and the payment is complete.
4. SMS Gateway Samsat
The last method is a solution if your internet speed is inadequate. As a way out, you can use the SMS Gateway service.
To use this service, send an SMS to 0811 211 9211 with the format: Esamsat [space] Frame No. [space] NIK/KTP

After that you will receive a reply SMS in the form of information related to your vehicle. Done.
Switch now to the Samsat Drive Thru service. This service is a super fun service for taxpayers who want to make annual payments. Without having to dirty your shoes when getting out of the vehicle, payment can be made directly at the outlet by simply bringing your ID card, vehicle registration certificate, and proof of previous payment. This process is completed in just a matter of minutes.
In terms of accountability, the excellent service of Samsat Ciko can also be seen from the firm efforts of the Cirebon City Government together with the Police and Jasa Raharja to eradicate all forms of illegal levies (pungli) and brokering practices.
