He explained, that the iconic Satpas Colombo can serve around 300 SIM applicants every day. Although the operation is technically open from 08.00 – 12.00 WIB on Monday to Thursday and 08.00 – 11.00 WIB on Friday and Saturday, all applicants registered on the same day are still served until complete even though the office hours are closed.
“Our service is still running even though the office hours are closed for applicants who have registered on that day. No one is neglected because our principle and work ethic at this iconic Satpas is to provide the best service for the community,” he said again.
“We also build interactive communication with everyone who comes here, even if they are not SIM applicants. Everyone who comes here is our friend and we must welcome and serve them well,” he added.
Satpas Colombo Polrestabes Surabaya, which stands on approximately 1 hectare of land, underwent a total renovation in 2015. After the renovation was completed and transformed into a prototype Satpas in 2019, this work unit with a strength of 15 to 20 people was seen and assessed as working optimally to serve applicants from 26 sub-districts in the area.
