progresifjaya.id, JAKARTA – Polres Metro Jakarta Barat Human Resources was selected as the best regional unit (Satwil) in the written work category from Polda Metro Jaya. The work selected as the best was entitled ‘Risk Mitigation Strategy in Educational Selection for the Formation of Candidates for Police Members with a Competency and Ethics Based Approach’.
For this achievement, the Polres Metro Jakarta Barat received an award which was handed over directly by the Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Karyoto. The award was given by Kapolda Karyoto during the Polda Metro Jaya Human Resources Technical Working Meeting (Rakernis) for the 2024 fiscal year at the Metro Jaya Meeting Hall (BPMJ), Thursday, (20/6) yesterday.
Kapolres Metro Jakarta Barat, Kombes Pol M. Syahduddi in his statement said, that this achievement was the result of the hard work and commitment of all his personnel.
“We will continue to strive to maintain and improve the quality of our services to the community. At the same time, we will also ensure that every member of the Polri that we form has high competence and ethics,” he said yesterday.
Meanwhile, Head of Human Resources for the Polres Metro Jakarta Barat, AKBP Chuswandari said, that this work was proof of the commitment and hard work of all levels of the Polres Metro Jakarta Barat.This work also makes an important contribution to efforts to improve the quality of educational selection for members of the Polri.
“We are committed to continuing to innovate and improve quality in every aspect of our duties. This includes the educational selection process for the formation of prospective members of the Polri, which is the earliest stage for filtering prospective members of the Polri who truly have competence and ethics. So we need a strategy to mitigate all possible risks arise during the selection process,” he explained.
AKBP Chuswandari also hopes, that this work can be an implementation of efforts to obtain quality prospective members of the Polri. Through this work, he continued, he hopes to provide comprehensive guidance to produce Polri members with integrity.
