A resident with the initials DD who was met by progresifjaya.id at the location said that the price offered for SIM nembak is indeed much more expensive than the official rate for a new SIM. If the official rate for making a SIM C is set at IDR 100,000, for SIM nembak at the Serang City Police SIM Satpas, the price skyrockets to IDR 800,000.
He explained that the SIM nembak process is easy to obtain because there are insiders who serve the administration of this fast system through ‘side channels.’
