Kabid Humas of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi in his official statement explained, that R, who has now been named a suspect, admitted that he was ordered by someone with the name Icha Shakila, whom he knew from the social media Facebook.
R said, on July 28 2023 he was contacted by Icha Shakila’s account and offered a job.
“Furthermore, the owner of the Facebook account Icha Shakila (DPO) persuaded suspect R to send a nude photo of himself and was promised that he would send some money. Due to economic needs, R complied with this request by sending a nude photo of himself,” said Kombes Pol Ade Ary, Monday, ( 3/6).
Next, R was again asked to make a video in a style according to Icha Shakila’s scenario. This request was also accompanied by a threat that if the requested video wasn’t made, the nude photos R had sent would be distributed widely.
The video that was requested by Icha Shakila’s account was finally made by R. This video contained sexual content against her own biological child which then went viral on social media.
R also said, that he was promised Rp15 million by Icha Shakila. However, until dealing with the police, the promised money was never received.
Kombes Pol Ade Ary said, that the police were still investigating R’s statement and were looking for the figure of Icha Shakila, who R knew from Facebook.
“The suspect’s statement will be studied and compared with other evidence by Polda Metro Jaya investigators,” he said.
As a suspect, continued Kombes Pol Ade Ary, R was charged by investigators with multiple articles, namely the ITE Law, the Pornography Law and Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
“The suspect is subject to Article 45 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and/or Article 29 in conjunction with Article 4 paragraph (1) of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and/or Article 88 in conjunction with Article 76 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection,” explained Kombes Pol Ade Ary.
